- 33 times SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah)
- 33 times Alhamdulillah (All praise be to Allah)
- 34 times Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)

Dust and Clean the Bed

Avoid Sleeping on the Stomach
Sleeping on the stomach is discouraged in Islam. The Prophet (PBUH) mentioned that Allah (SWT) dislikes this position. From a health perspective, sleeping on the stomach can also pressure the spine and hinder breathing. This Sunnah helps us avoid discomfort and promotes a healthier sleep posture.
Early Bedtime
The Prophet (PBUH) recommended bed early, shortly after the Isha prayer. Sleeping early not only gives us a head start on a restful night, but also allows us to wake up refreshed. Furthermore, an early bedtime helps us align with a natural sleep cycle that brings many health benefits.
Wake Up for Tahajjud (Optional Night Prayer)
The Tahajjud prayer is optional but highly rewarding. If we can wake up in the quiet of the night, even for a few moments, to offer a small prayer, it brings immense spiritual benefits. Even if it’s just sitting and remembering Allah (swt), these few minutes of Tahajjud time can bring us closer to Him.

Hazrat Al-Bara bin `Azib (RA) Narrated that:

If you should die, then (after reciting this) you will die on the religion of Islam (i.e., as a Muslim); so let these words be the last you say (before going to bed):” While I was memorizing it, I said,

Common Mistakes to Avoid in Nighttime Azkar

1. Rushing Through Adhkar
